Who We Are
C2ARE is a strategic consulting firm specialized in security from an analytical and applied perspective. We are born with the vocation of connecting rigorous knowledge, strategic thinking and decision-making in complex contexts.
Our Team
Our team is made up of professionals with complementary backgrounds in applied research, strategic consulting, foresight and academia. The experience of our specialists has been forged in centers of analysis and strategic studies, international projects, consultancies for international organizations (mainly focused on Latin America) and universities, in collaboration with public and private institutions. We share the same way of understanding security: as a multidimensional, dynamic phenomenon deeply connected with social, political and economic environments.
Our Expertise
Throughout our individual journeys we have worked on scenario and risk analysis, on the study of emerging threats, on the design of prevention strategies and on the evaluation of public and corporate security policies. In addition, we have developed a method to design prospective scenarios. This experience allows us to offer a transversal, critical, contextualized and original perspective, far from standard solutions and focused on understanding complex situations before acting.
